올바른 자세로 그립을 잡습니다.

팔을 뒤에서 들어오게..하고..

팔을 들어 올려서 체크...

똑닥이 1단계 

손과 팔 어꺠는 삼각형 

골프는 왼족이 6, 오른손이 4 

오른손은 거들뿐.

왼손과 오른손은 함께 움직입니다.

Y 자 모양을 유지한채 어드레스 자세를 유지

1단계에선 천천히. 빠르지 않게..

2단계는 

상체의 턴을 익혀야 합니다.

Y 를 유지하면서 옆사람에게 물건을 전달하듯이.

어깨 회전에 주의 

회전축 유지가 중요합니다.

3단계 

2단계에서 좀더 헤드를 올림

손몰을 쓰는 단계 

지면과 수직 - 테이크 백 = 코킹 

Y자모양으로 어깨 회전.

오늘팔은 아주 조금 아주 조금 굽혀져 있어도 됩

주의 사항 

손목을 일찍 꺽지 않습니다. 

볼을 치고 허리가 들리지 않도록 유지 

체중의 이동...

똑닥이 배우고 다음에 하프스윙, 풀스윙으로 단계로... 

혼자연습할때 주의 사항 

연습할땐 천천히 여유롭게..

고개나 상체를 들지 마세요. 아예 보지 않는 것이 좋습니다.

그립도 고쳐 잡아서 신중하게..
